About the Event

Lora Greenberg is here to teach you how to make your favorite recipes healthier and tasty. Recipes, plate of food, and nutrition facts/tips are included.

With 22+ years of experience as a physician assistant, Lora has heard many different complaints daily. She’s board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine and knows that stress prevention along with lifestyle changes are the key to reversing and preventing the risk of diseases. While educating patients in the hospital about nutrition and lifestyle was helpful, there was no real support of this kind once they left. With only the care of their primary physician and search the web, there is a gap. Lora started Feeling Fabulous Lifestyle Medicine Consultations to fill this gap and found that Lifestyle Medicine makes a difference. Only by truly empowering people to take back their health and holding them accountable for their resolutions can she help decrease their medications through lifestyle changes.

With her combined medical and holistic knowledge, Lora will teach you how to eat healthier with some easy recipes. Attend, eat, and ask questions!

Our class will be held in the dining room of Heritage Senior Center (HSC) in Irving, TX. Call the staff if you need help or have questions (972) 721-2496. $15 for members, $20 for non-members. Tickets must be reserved at HSC's front desk in person. For information, visit their website.

Feeling Fabulous LMC's upcoming cooking demonstrations and health talks by Lora Greenberg, physician assistant, are listed here. We'll be having two cooking demonstrations at Viridescent Kitchen in the coming months.

Come join us to see how easy it is to make a healthy plant-based meal and learn from a physician assistant. On 3/9, we'll be making lasagna. Let us know of any allergies.
